Return & Refund Policy

Order Processing

All products are made-to-order and go into production after order confirmation.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at support@clothyra.com.

After 1 hour, orders enter the production process and cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering by mistake
  • Preference change after delivery
  • Minor color variation due to screen display
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided

Important:    

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

We offer a free replacement or refund only if:

  • The product is damaged
  • There is a printing or manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong item
  • You received the wrong size from our side

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear product photos
    • Packaging photos
    • Unboxing video (mandatory for claims verification)

Note:
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

Size Issues

  • Size exchanges for incorrect size selection are not eligible.
  • A standard size tolerance of ±0.5 inch is considered normal and not a defect.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, bank details may be required.

Non-Delivery / Return to Origin

Orders may be returned due to:

  • Customer not reachable
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer refused delivery
  • Cash on Delivery not accepted

In such cases:

  • The order will be marked as Return to Origin.
  • Re-shipping charges will apply.
  • Refunds are not applicable for customer-related delivery failures.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund.
  • If delivery is significantly delayed, we may offer re-shipment or refund after investigation.

Important Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur due to the printing process and screen differences.
  • Damage caused during improper unboxing (such as using sharp objects) is not eligible unless supported by proof.
  • All claims are subject to verification and approval.
