Order Processing
All products are made-to-order and go into production after order confirmation.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us at support@clothyra.com.
After 1 hour, orders enter the production process and cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size selected by customer
- Change of mind
- Ordering by mistake
- Preference change after delivery
- Minor color variation due to screen display
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided
Important:
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
We offer a free replacement or refund only if:
- The product is damaged
- There is a printing or manufacturing defect
- You received the wrong item
- You received the wrong size from our side
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Order number
- Clear product photos
- Packaging photos
- Unboxing video (mandatory for claims verification)
Note:
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
Size Issues
- Size exchanges for incorrect size selection are not eligible.
- A standard size tolerance of ±0.5 inch is considered normal and not a defect.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, bank details may be required.
Non-Delivery / Return to Origin
Orders may be returned due to:
- Customer not reachable
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer refused delivery
- Cash on Delivery not accepted
In such cases:
- The order will be marked as Return to Origin.
- Re-shipping charges will apply.
- Refunds are not applicable for customer-related delivery failures.
Lost or Delayed Orders
- If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or refund.
- If delivery is significantly delayed, we may offer re-shipment or refund after investigation.
Important Notes
- Slight color variations may occur due to the printing process and screen differences.
- Damage caused during improper unboxing (such as using sharp objects) is not eligible unless supported by proof.
- All claims are subject to verification and approval.
